You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Destiny. You agree to receive email advertising from Destiny limited to no more than (100) per day.
In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Destiny, your account will be terminated immediately. Emails that are returned because your account is full or server error will be noted and after a week of bouncing emails, your account will be terminated. Any member sending us spam, threatening, insulting or gibberish emails will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all unpaid earnings to date of termination. Any member sending auto-responses will also have their account deleted IMMEDIATELY.
You "MUST" reveal your FULL Physical Mailing Address when signing up. This is for your protection and is used to verify important information should your account come into question. Any accounts with bogus, false, abbreviated or incomplete personal or payment information will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited.
This Means NO P O BOXES! If for reasons beyond your control, you have to use a P O Box, you MUST email the Admin of Destiny with an explaination, by using the contact form on the website.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to most honest US and English Speaking and Reading International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract.
You agree that the information that you submit to Destiny is valid.
Effective August 1, 2005 Potential Members in the state of Michigan or Utah must first contact the Program owner using the contact form to inquire about joining so that their age maybe confirmed as minors from these two states are not eligible to join even with parents consent.

If your IP address and your country does not match, your account will be terminated and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited. We DO verify every account!!
You must also have interests and payment information filled out correctly. Should any member select "Cannot Read English", "Read No English", "Select This-You're Gone" or "Take My Money" they will be terminated immediately and all unpaid earnings will be forfeited.
If you decide to join Destiny, You MUST login and Read at least 5 emails and/or click 5 banners for your account to be considered active. If you do not do this within the first 7 days of joining, your account will be deleted.
We want members who are Active and support our Advertisers.
Member accounts will also be deleted if they remain inactive for a 20 day period. This means if you do not Login and Click at Destiny at least once every 20 days your account will be Deleted.
Membership requires that you understand English! Links will be sent to test comprehension. Clicking on 3 cheat links will result in immediate account termination. AGAIN: If you select "Cannot Read English", "Read No English", "Select This-You're Gone" or "Take My Money"in your interests, you will be deleted. You will lose all referrals and earnings. You must sign up using your real name, address, contact and other information. Having false information in your account will be grounds for deletion of your account without any prior notice to you.

All communications of this site are the sole property of this site.
NO messages sent by this site, via admin, emails or any communications may be reprinted any place with written permission of the owner of this site. This will result in loss of your account and everything in your account will be lost as well.

Members may use earnings for advertising at Destiny as long as they remain an active member in good standing. Destiny reserves the right to refuse to advertise any particular site. Advertising MUST be in English!
You may not pay for, submit or redeem earnings for an unacceptable website or advertiser, you will not be refunded. These include sites or ads which relate to vulgarity, hate, violence, adult or pornographic material, gambling, tobacco, or "drug/pharmaceutical" related sites, multi-level marketing programs (including online payment randomizers), matrix, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, "get rich quick" schemes, or other similar ventures. If your ad or site is refused for other reasons you will be contacted and asked to submit another ad or you will be credited or refunded.
At this Time, Paid to Promote Advertising is not accepted.
We Do NOT Allow Rotators Of Any Kind!!!!
Members who submit invalid ads such as sending email ads for a banner or ptc ads and visa versa will lose your redemption and/or earnings. Any invalid ads will be subject to deletion and loss of earnings without notice. Please read the redemption clearly to make sure you submit the proper ad.
We have no tolerance of Spam as a method of promoting your Destiny
referral links. We define Spam as the sending of any unsolicited commercialized
messages. All members found spamming will have their membership terminated and
will not be eligible to join Destiny in the future, may be fined up to $50 per incident.
You may not attempt to cheat Destiny in any way. Use of cheat software, cheating the Members Rewards program, multiple sign-ups, or cheating in any other way will result in immediate termination of
your membership without prior written notice. If you are found to be cheating at other sites I own, your account here will be deleted immediately.
Cheating, once again, includes but is not limited to:
Use of "Cheat" Software (automatic clicking software, etc)!
Creating Multiple Accounts!
Cheating the Members Rewards program(s)!
ANY legal and/or illegal means used in an attempt to defraud
Destiny and/or our Honest Members of their benefits.
Attempting to receive multiple credits for signup tasks!
Attempting to Cash out using someone else's account!
Any other attempt to defraud or embezzle cash, or rewards from Destiny by ANY means!
All account information regarding cheaters is made publicly available as well as personally shared with other website owners and administrators. This includes but is not limited to various usernames or aliases, IP addresses, proxies, true country of origin, trace back loops and hops, sniffers, and other advanced methods used by Destiny to detect cheaters. On some occassions and under special circumstances, we reserve the right to subcontract this service to a small privately owned and managed investigation company that has greater resources and more time than we do to research. All of the information obtained by the outside vendor will be made publically available.
If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must
upload them to your server only. If you choose to advertise Destiny,
you will be expected to portray correct information regarding this site and terms of service.
You May NOT sell or trade your account or referrals, If you are caught selling or trading your referrals your account will be deleted immediately! You are not allowed to post any email that was sent from Destiny in a forum without permission. If you are caught posting Destiny emails without permission your
account will be deleted immediately. Furthermore, disrespect towards webmaster in emails, forum posts, etc will not be tolerated. If found to be doing this your account may be subject to termination. I have always maintained an "open door" policy for my members. Members are expected to earn their pay. For Paid to Read Email Advertisements and Paid to
Click Advertisements, this means that you must review the advertisement for the time required. If your email bounces more than 3 times in a one week period I will set your account to site inbox mail only.
All personal information is stored in the Destiny database and
will not be sold or given away to third parties with the exception of known or proven cheaters. You give Destiny
permission to send you newsletters regarding our program.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Destiny. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
